If you work during the day, a massage at your home in the evening is a convenient option and could be the only chance you will have to receive one without breaking into your weekend.

Likewise people unable to leave elderly relatives or children can give themselves a break without completely leaving their responsibilities behind.Often the luxury of being able to slip into a dressing gown and have a bath immediately after a massage is what sways people towards this option!

What will I need?

I will provide the table, towels, oil and music.  All you need is the room!

Will I have enough space?

More likely than not you will have enough space in your home to set up a massage table. It is about the size of an average sofa, plus a little extra to allow movement around the bed. Light and airy rooms are preferable.

Noise

It will be more relaxing for you if noise can be kept to a minimal during the massage. If at all possible, keep spouses, children and pets in another room! I will provide a selection of relaxing music to be played during the massage.
